I ran over something on the highway that got stuck under my car after damaging the heat shield. Mike came to tow my car, but realized he was able to help the issue by just lifting my car and taking off the damaged part. Instead of having to have my car towed to a dealership far from home and spend the night in a hotel, I was able to drive home. Mike was kind and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you!
