My car broke down this afternoon and attempts by a friend did not work. So I called Bob's auto for a tow. I only sat maybe 20 minutes or so, when Dave arrived. He was very friendly and polite. He had a wrong address, tried to call me. He located me, made sure I was ok and went to work. Excellent experience and I are very happy with Dave and my tow experience. Never felt uncomfortable being a lady alone. Thank you Dave and Bob's auto.

This was my first visit to Bob's and had a very positive experience. They did an oil change and tire rotation for me. They also advised of service that may be needed in the future, but didn't feel it was something to be concerned about. I appreciated their honest and friendly service and will definitely be back for future work.

I love the e-mailed report they send when they do their car check. You always have the option of which services you want done and they never push unneeded repairs on you. Eric and George are great and personable as the front end of the service department.

I needed my truck towed to my house and Mike E came to the rescue! Extremely nice guy! I was bummed about my engine blowing up but he kinda cheered me up when we were driving to my destination. Mike has a set of skills I haven't seen before! When filling out paperwork in his truck, he was done before signing the paperwork! Mike E is an awesome guy and definitely knows what he is doing. Very fast and friendly with my vehicle! I hope I get him again when I'm in need of a tow!! Amazed with his skills and his friendliness.

Let me just say no shop compares to Bob’s. I have had my van towed twice and fixed several times by them. Their customer service is out of this would. The tow guys where very nice and even though it was after hours they were understanding. For my repairs the employees were easy to talk to and very professional they never tried to up sell me on services I didn’t want. Every time I see them I’m greeted with a smile and hand shake. I can’t say enough about these guys.
