I called late in the day and got a next morning appointment and was in and out in an hour. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful and when I was there I was able to also get my car renewed for the year and stickers too which saved me from having to go across town and wait at the DMV. Definitely going back again they did a great job!

I had a vehicle disablement after sliding into a median in the snow. I called Bob's and dispatch was quick and courteous. The tow truck driver, Dave, was phenomenal. Because of a broken ball joint on my tire from hitting the median, it required extra efforts to get the car on the truck. Dave did an exceptional job with all of it, efficiently loading my vehicle while taking extra precautions to avoid any further damage to the vehicle. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and friendly disposition, making a frustrating situation less miserable. I would recommend Bob's, and you'll be fortunate if you get Dave as the tow truck operator.
