Had a flat tire and called AAA for service. There was a nail in my tire and AAA does not cover plugging a tire they only cover putting air in a tire or putting on the spare. Mike from Bob's Main Street Auto came out within 3 minutes of me calling AAA and said that he could plug my tire even though AAA doesn't cover it. He only charged me like $15 to plug my tire and was done in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for the fast and friendly service!

Had to have a socket replaced in my right headlight. I took my car in in the morning but the part wasn't going to be ready till the afternoon. They gave me a ride home, contacted me when it was finished and then picked me up from my house and brought me to my car. Cost was very fair for the work and the part. Had a great experience

I cannot overstate the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Bob's Main Street Auto. My car overheated in Kewaskum. I called AAA to tow my car to my “former” auto service and repair shop approximately 1-hour away in Waukesha. AAA recommended that I have my car towed to a AAA certified auto repair shop nearby, but would ultimately tow my car to any repair shop that I desired. With some hesitation, I finally agreed to have my car towed to Bob’s, and boy; I AM SO GLAD I DID! From the moment I entered the shop, I was met with a warm greeting from George who immediately turned a long frustrating day into a much more “tolerable” day. George assured me that they would take care of everything and promptly set me up with a loaner car so that I could get on my way without me even bringing it up. I had a diagnosis for my overheating issues along with a comprehensive report, including pictures, of the overall condition of my vehicle by early that evening. George never tried to upsell me on any of their recommendations or attempt to make me feel bad, or even foolish, for only wanting to do what was absolutely necessary to get my car back on the road ASAP. I have since had subsequent auto services performed at Bob’s, and all with the same exemplary customer service experience. In conclusion, even though Bob’s Main Street Auto is a little out of my way (about 35 minutes north), I will now take all my future auto service needs to Bob’s.
