I've been a member of AAA since 2019 and have used their services about 6 times in those years. This was the fastest tow time I've ever had. In addition to the 5 star service we received, our driver Garrett was professional, kind, and very accommodating. My fiance and I had to ride back from Saukville to Sheboygan and it was a comfortable, carefree ride, in a clean truck, with a courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful young man. Thank you Bob's Auto and Towing and Garret for the pleasant experience in a stressful situation. I would recommend this tow truck company to anyone in need.

I had a Corvette in the garage that wasn’t working and called Bob’s. Garrett came and was so good and very careful with the car. He treated it like it was his own. I would highly recommend them and especially Garrett.

My visit went terrible. When I left the property, I heard a clunk in the front end. I drove it to my house, which is 1 mile away, only to hear other noises which weren't there before. When I got out of my car, a neighbor pointed out that the taillight was pulled out 3 inches from the body. That wasn't a part they were working on. What pulled the light out of its socket? Unfortunately for me, the shop was closed so I had to wait for Monday. I explained everything to the service man and he tried to push the blame on me!!! He told me to bring the car back to see what they could do. The way it was handled, was wrong in every way.
