Great service reasonably priced

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Everyone at Bob’s Towing provided exceptional customer service. Christina, the dispatcher, was friendly and helpful during my initial call, Brett, the tow truck driver, was professional and courteous, and Michael, the service advisor, all made the entire process seamless. I had a flat tire and had my vehicle towed to their West Bend location. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they do much more than towing as they also provide tire service and other automotive repairs. Instead of needing a new tire, they were able to patch it and save me the expense. The turnaround time was fantastic. My vehicle was towed around 8:00pm on Thursday, and by 10:15am Friday it was ready for pickup. I was also impressed by their commitment to the community. Seeing their tow trucks recognize and support local charities. My servicing tow truck featured Autism awareness which speaks volumes about the kind of company they are. Professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. I highly recommend Bob’s Towing!

I really appreciate the delivery to my residence especially after a stressful few hours with dealing with the car after it decided to break on me, I appreciate the care that was taking with delivering my car. I love this car so much so i am beyond grateful to have her back! JP was super kind and took great care of my car loading and unloading it! A great thanks to JP as well!

I got a flat tire on my way to work and had to pull off the freeway in the middle of nowhere and I was mega stressed. My phone service was going in and out. The woman doing dispatch in the office was so patient and helpful. The driver was understanding and friendly and got me back on the road in no time. The staff at Bob's really came through for me when I was in a rough situation and I appreciate them for it!

Andy at Bob’s came and did an awesome job. Thought there was a spare and there wasn’t so he plugged the tire like the pro he is!! What a life saver!!

A few weeks ago my 20 foot work vehicle got a flat tire about an hour away from my home hub. I was connected with Bob’s Main Street Auto and Towing. He was up to me in just the time it took him to drive, which was already amazing. When he got there we both realized there was no way to access the spare tire and the vehicle needed to be towed. Obviously being an hour away from home this was not ideal. Brett was my driver that day and he was absolutely PHENOMENAL. I will never be able to thank him enough for all of his help. Through the long waiting and approval process from my company to get the vehicle towed he stayed upbeat and friendly the whole entire time. He was kind enough to drive me to the dealership where he was towing the vehicle and even drove me back to my vehicle despite having about a 1 and a half hour drive back to his home hub and it already being very late in the day. I live in Madison now but am from the West Bend area and have lots of family still in this area. This is who I will recommend going forward for any of my auto needs. Thank you so much again Brett!!

Used them as an in-network shop for Carvana/SilverRock Staff kept me posted, car was done in a timely manner (and claim approved!)

Came in for a oil change. I was treated great. Work was done fast. Know I am receiving 2 or 3 notifications a week from car fax. About my car. I was not told I would receive this. I just want these to stop. I would not have used this shop if I was told my information was being sent to who know who .

I called AAA when my Subaru didn’t start. The service technician from Bob’s in West Bend was here in a very short period of time. Bob assessed the problem, took care of everything, replaced the battery and gave us great information about the services at Bob’s and the benefits of AAA. I would highly recommend getting the Good AAA Roadside Assistance and if you’re in West Bend use Bob’s Auto.

Everyone was very nice and professional. We were able to get scheduled quickly and they work directly with Silver Rock through Carvana. After the diagnostic appointment we received a link to see everything with explanations and pictures. I highly recommend this place!

Bryce got me fixed up quick and easily, and made towing fun. He relocated my vehicle twice, to two different shops, both trips were great with no problems whatsoever, and he even helped me talk to some of the technicians and called a tire shop to help me out.

Bryce was awesome! On time and smooth service. He handled it very quickly and professionally.

Front wheel separated from my son’s car late one night recently; little scary but thankfully no injuries beyond the car itself. AAA sent Bob’s Main Street to assist with towing and driver Kendrick arrived on scene with a flatbed. Bob’s and Kendrick communicated well and service was timely, fast and efficient; getting the car loaded and unloaded at a local car repair facility quickly and safely and keeping an already stressful late evening from getting worse. It was fun to watch the process and Kendrick did a great job.
