Kim, we understand your frustration. We did make the decision to stop offering emissions testing because, with the new testing equipment, we were unfortunately experiencing more downtime than actual working time with the machine. That made it difficult for us to provide the reliable, timely service our customers deserve. Rather than have customers make the trip only to find that the equipment wasn’t operational, we felt it was best to discontinue the service. We appreciate your feedback and understanding.
