Took my truck here to get a plug and they fixed it in 10 minutes and for free! Ask for george and greg! You won't get better service than this in west bend! P.s don't go to Monroe's muffler and brake service on main street.

I have had oil changes done and everyone is helpful, in a positive mood and timely.

Service was good and they were able to get my car in in a few minutes without an appointment.

Had a flat tire on my truck on my way home from work at 11p at night. Little unnerving but Dave from Bob's Main Street came out and took care of it. Wonderful individual to deal with and thank you for your assistance in a time of need.

First time using Bob's Main Street and I WILL be back! I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail. I originally took it to Monro Muffler and Brake in West Bend. They told me they could not plug the tire. The nail was right in the middle of the tread (Not the side wall). Then they tried to tell me I would need to buy two new tires as if I just replaced the one the alignment would be out of balance. I told them, I just need one. They quoted me a price of $129.99 for one tire. But, after all the "add ons" it came to $193.03. I told them I would think about it. I then made an appt the next day at Bob's and I am sure glad I did. They had me out the door in 20 minutes for $17.00. I will never use Monro again! They have lost my business for life. I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY AUTO NEEDS AT BOB'S!!!

I had my Ford five hundred in a couple of weeks ago for some repair. The main reason was for noise coming from the driver side front. I told them to go over the whole car to find out if there are any other issues. They found some, and they also claimed they found the noise problem. I told them to go ahead with the repair work. After i got the car back everything seemed to be fine, until this past saturday. The noise returned. I took it back to the shop on decorah road. Now they said something else was wrong. I questioned the tech as to why this was not noticed before, and got no good response. I left with my car and proceeded to write a 2 star review and also sent a message to the main office on main st. The next day i was contacted by the office and was asked to bring the car back in, but this time to the main st. building. Those techs went over the car and repaired the problem with no charge to myself. From what i stated, i will trust the crew from main st. with my vehicles, they seem to be more concerned with the customer than those at decorah. Thank you to Bob's on main st. for being concerned and keep your reputation going.

The staff is great...always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been coming to Bobs for years and I absolutely love it.

I only went for an emissions test!..they made such an impact in 5 minutes! They are great group of people! The staff was so friendly and attentive:)

I locked my keys in my car (embarrassing, I know) as I was getting ready to leave for work. Luckily I have triple A and Bob’s Main Street auto saved the day. Especially JP who actually got my keys out. He was very fast at getting to my place so I was very greatful about that since I was already late to work. He was nice and friendly. Thank you guys for saving the day!!!
