Bob's towed my truck in on Memorial day weekend. They called on Tuesday telling me the problem and presented me with a few more things that needed to be worked on. I had them fix the things I thought needed immediate attention. They were very informative, courtious, honest and prompt. I will be taking my vehicles back to them for service in the future. Thanks for getting my truck back on the road again Bob's!!

Great service once again and a loaner was set up without fail. Found some used tires for my SUV that I was looking to trade in within a year. Saved me a great deal of money.

I am very pleased with Bob's Main Street Auto and Towing. Have been going there for about two years. They fixed a couple of problems that persisted after going to another shop. They are professional, polite, friendly, and always give me an update with options if the repair is more involved than my description. And they have loaner cars .

Highly recommended. The tow driver, Dave, was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. Being the Thursday before a busy Memorial Day weekend, he had a lot of calls to get to, but he handled it very well.

They were very quick about informing me of everything that needed to be repaired, they even included pictures of the issues so you have personal confirmation and don’t feel like you’re being “ripped off” they were great from start to finish, towed my vehicle to their shop promptly, and my car was back in commission the next day. Excellent experience all around!

I have been a customer for about three years and have been highly satisfied each and every time. They have given my car great service for oil changes, tires, computer issues, transmission failure, and other more major problems. As a women I have never felt that they were talking down to me or taking advantage of me. I have 179,000 miles on my 2011 Jeep so it has many worn parts, but I am sure Bob's Auto will help me keep it running smoothly. This past summer I moved about 55 miles from West Bend but still bring my car to Bob's for service. It is a pleasure to do business at the Decorah Street location; the staff is fantastic.
