Tom was fabulous, he arrived within 30 minutes of calling my insurance for roadside assistance. I had him come jump start my sons car. He was a wealth of knowledge and shared some good tips like turn off the cars radio, seat heater, etc...when trying to start the car and it won’t turn over to hold down the gas until it starts, let it run or drive it for solid 15 min with heat on high. Which was key in our situation! Overall I’m appreciative and had a great experience....Thank you Tom

This shop is the epitome of quality auto service. They are prompt, helpful, and so easy to work with. They can be a little pricier than some shops in town but you get what you pay for in excellent customer service and trustworthy work.

Thank you, Phil, for your quick response to my tow request. Estimated time was 9:15 and you arrived at 8:40! Within minutes my car was up on the bed and, despite the amount of rust causing you to use the old school straps, you tied her down quickly and efficiently. I’ve used Bob’s towing many times over the past couple of years with 3 different vehicles and I am always highly satisfied. You’ve earned a customer for life.

Really impressed by the service I received here. I have a hard time finding a repair shop that I can trust and I know they aren't trying to scam me. All the guys there were helpful and explained/showed all the reasons for the repairs they recommended. I know there can always be hiccups during car repairs but they were very accommodating and respectful of my time. I'll definitely be back.

I was sent Dave from Bob's for my USAA roadside assistance call for a flat on a car that doesn't have a spare. They gave a 60 min estimate and he was a little early, not bad in my opinion for the front end of Monday rush hour. I had figured the tire was gone by the rapid pressure loss on the freeway, but Dave wanted to take a look before loading us up to go get a new tire. Dave found the hole and was able to patch it on the spot. $18 + change and about 30 min later, we were on our way home. Dave did a great job, he was fast, friendly courteous, and saved me a whole lot of money.
