Great towing service and their related car rental place is very good as well; however, I would not recommend doing any auto repair services here. They charge higher rates than most and take significantly longer to do the job.

I was in an accident today and Jessie came to my rescue. The West Bend Sheriff Deputies know Bobs’s well. Jessie was extremely professional and worked his butt off getting my car out of the ditch. It was very hot outside. He did extra work to limit the damage to my vehicle. Unfortunately, it’s a total loss due to the vehicle’s age.

Just got done along the road. Excellent customer service. FAST. Friendly and inexpensive. Would recommend them again.

Very rude owners, overpriced

Visiting from Virginia with my Hybrid. Battery died at Sendicks leaving me with my two elderly parents who just bought a load of perishable groceries. Called #USAA, who dispatched Tony from your shop. Fix proved more complex due to unique battery, but Tony stuck with us despite the 97 degree parking lot. Back on the road promptly with the proof of his excellence being no spoiled fish, warm beer, or melted ice cream!

First time using Bob's Main Street and I WILL be back! I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail. I originally took it to Monro Muffler and Brake in West Bend. They told me they could not plug the tire. The nail was right in the middle of the tread (Not the side wall). Then they tried to tell me I would need to buy two new tires as if I just replaced the one the alignment would be out of balance. I told them, I just need one. They quoted me a price of $129.99 for one tire. But, after all the "add ons" it came to $193.03. I told them I would think about it. I then made an appt the next day at Bob's and I am sure glad I did. They had me out the door in 20 minutes for $17.00. I will never use Monro again! They have lost my business for life. I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY AUTO NEEDS AT BOB'S!!!

My husband and I have gone to Bob's auto on 2 different occasion's now, and both experiences were stellar. They took care of both of our vehicles quite well and answered all questions more than sufficiently. One of my favorite things about their services are the inspection reports that they send. They send photos and give an explanation for everything they put in the report and for someone who doesn't know much about cars, that is so helpful. They run their business with much integrity and competence. As long as we are living in this area, we will definitely be going to Bob's auto for any and all car needs.
