around 11:30 last night my drive shaft snapped off right as i got off of 45 heading west bound on 33. a police officer dispatched Bob’s and they sent Jesse L. he was super nice and easy to talk to. he was very proficient and reassuring despite the below freezing temperature. after loading my truck on the flat bed he brought it to my house and parked it exactly where i asked him. he was very patient as i gave him my payment information. i didn’t have a block of wood to put in front of the tire but Jesse came to the rescue AGAIN! Jesse was very professional and hardworking. I truly believe Jesse is an amazing asset to your company.

Dave did an amazing job!! We called for roadside assistants, he not only came early and changed my tire super fast! He helped fill up others peoples tires with air so they didn’t have to stand out in the cold! He is such a nice guy, I would totally recommend him!
