I had my road side assistance call them and pick up from my place of employment due to the car wouldn't shift out of park. it was raining so I left the kid to his work, I come out when he's done and he said something is broke, yeah he broke the rear suspension. They denied everything. The road side assistance came out to investigate and they paid me for the repairs that needed to be done.

Just have to say I love Bobs! George at the front is always so friendly and helpful, the mechanics do a great job and the work is always amazing! Grateful that I such an amazing, trustworthy and helpful place to get my truck worked on.

Was quoted $4,000 + in unnecessary repairs. Had it towed to my home town and had all the repairs done for $1,250. Well worth the $200 tow bill for a second opinion. Please use some common sense in customer service.

Did a great job on my vehicle

First time doing business with Bob’s. Auto work was done at Decorah location. Start to finish I received exceptional service from Greg and Rick. (Emissions service including front desk work by Kayla was also at and above my expectations.) No concerns about quality from my (admittedly inexperienced) perspective. Everything looks good. I did not price shop so no comment about cost-was happy to support a local business. Experience met the level of looking to Bob’s when I need work done going forward.
