Their customer service was impressive. I had an issue with my brakes. George and Ryan made sure I was taken care of. From making sure I didn't drive an unsafe car to getting a loaner for me all at the last minute. I would recommend them.

I had the bottom of my truck explode? I know nothing about cars but Ryan showed me the damage, was able to squeeze me in for an appointment that same day. It was awesome because I was 40 minutes from home and George even gave me a ride to and from the shop so I didn’t have to walk in the hot sun! They were both super awesome, explained things well and were patient with my lack of car knowledge! Thank you! I’ll be driving the extra 40 minutes for any car related issues in the future!

I feel bad giving this shop a poor review and just want to specify that this review is a tow truck driver on July 8th that showed back at the shop at 4:20. He was on interstate and almost merged into a young adult and I different driver. The auto shop itself is great btw my relatives have had service done by them numerous times and were happy

Thank you for your review! As you know we are unable to watch our drivers 24/7, especially when they are out on the road, so feedback from driver's around them is huge! We definitely want everyone to be safe on the roadways and push that safety to our employees as well. In each of our trucks, there are camera systems in place to monitor their driving and work done with the truck. If you are comfortable, please give me a call (Rachel at 262-338-3670) so I can get further information on which driver this was. This way I am able to pull footage and take the appropriate steps going forward with the driver. Thanks again for keeping us informed!
