I had a flat tire and 'AAA' used Bob's to come change my spare. I never had a spare before and had two kids in the car. The Bob's Truck saw me in distress and was able to help me out earlier than the allotted time. I was so grateful. JP the technician was fast, courteous and professional. He saved me what would have been hours sitting in the hot sun, stranded with kids. I cannot thank Bob's and JP enough!!! We were then able to get a tire and continue on with our vacation that day! Wonderful company, professional tools, well done! Thanks again, to JP, you saved the day!

Tom came out very quickly from West Bend to Hartford to tow my 1993 Volvo 940 to a local repair shop. He was extremely professional and courteous and even explained everything he was doing. In addition he offered pertinent advice which was quit useful. He is to be commended and is a true asset to Bob's Main Street Auto and Towing.
