I have had my car serviced at Bob's for many years. They have always worked hard to solve problems my car had. Very friendly and willing to help me. I recommend them.

It was incredibly expensive. The exact same service was half the price across the street. Changing this review to one star because the service performed was not satisfactory. The wheels that were supposedly balanced vibrate horribly at freeway speed.

I've been a Bob's Auto customer for about 5 years now. They're always professional and helpful, and they have great customer service. In addition to my personal vehicle, I also go here with my company vehicle because they do such a good job working with the fleet management company. Can't beat the coupons that come in the mail, and the drop-off/pick-up is SO convenient- they'll just come take my car, do their thing, and bring it back! Also, I love the tow trucks with new wraps every couple months that bring awareness to different causes, like breast cancer, autism, etc. They look sharp, and Bob's is definitely professional and I love that.
