Josh H. came to tow my car to Rockford Illinois. A 90 minute drive round trip!!! He called me when he was 15 minutes away from meeting me at the location so I didn’t have to wait. He was great...polite, friendly & knowledgeable. He was very conscientious and careful to be sure the car was secured. He made us feel very good that our car would get to the destination safely.
