Bob’s was so nice when my sons car died on his way to school. They were right there to get his car and accommodated our schedule to get things looked at. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who has a car issue. I’m from over an hour away and they went above and beyond. Great job everyone! Thank you for everything!

I needed a tow the day after our first snowfall. The truck showed up in record time! After determining that the car needed a battery and new tires I was given a complimentary rental vehicle. After a very thorough inspection (accompanied by pictures) the work was done very quickly. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

Dave and I forgot his name both towed my car today. (Once at 6am and later at 11). It was a great experience and very professional. Both took time to load and make sure the car was safe and secure. I was very happy and will keep using Bob's. I would recommend using them to anyone!

Had to use AAA to find a mechanic when the battery in our car died without warning. We were on the side of the road but Jason K of Bob's Main Street Auto found us expediently and got us on our way again. He was professional and friendly and helped us with some minor troubleshooting to be sure it was just the battery that was dead. Overall, this was a pleasant interaction and I will not hesitate to call on Bob's again should the need arise.

Loved my experience! Very professional and most of all nice to me and honest

I called AAA as my car broke down in West Bend. They indicated that Bob’s Towing would be coming to provide a jump start or tow, if necessary, in approximately an hour. While I was still on the phone with them, I got a call from Bob’s Towing indicating that they were on their way! Ben was professional and friendly; he tried to jump start my car, but it appeared that the battery was fine and that it was another issue. Ben towed my car and gave me a ride to my local mechanic in Wauwatosa. I appreciated the care he took with my car !

Saturday, August 29th, I experienced a flat tire on Interstate 41, outside of Slinger. Having difficulty changing the tire, my roadside assistance provider, contacted Bob's Auto and Towing. A young gentleman responded in a very prompt manner and was very efficient in changing the tire. Incredible customer service on a Saturday afternoon! Thank You!
