It was incredibly expensive. The exact same service was half the price across the street. Changing this review to one star because the service performed was not satisfactory. The wheels that were supposedly balanced vibrate horribly at freeway speed.

Thank you for your review Alex! Our higher prices normally reflect in our quality of work, customer service, and great warranty. However, we do strive to stay competitive with pricing in our area. Next time, stop over with your receipt and ask for Rachel. We are always looking for feedback and need to see these things firsthand to improve for the future.

Dave from Bob's main street auto and towing made my year, not only he risked his life towing my car on a busy highway at 2:00 am with cars going 70+ mph, he also gave me a ride back home during a pandemic which was not a guarantee. His customer service far exceeded any expectation, he truly should be the gold standard in business.
