I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing. I joined AAA today because my car wouldn’t start after sitting for a few weeks, and AAA connected me with Bob’s. Even though they were already at full capacity, they went above and beyond to find someone who could come out in the rain and help me the same day. The technician was incredibly friendly, professional and patient. He tested my battery, explained what was going on in a way I could understand (I don’t know much about cars), and quickly replaced it. My car started right up and I felt so relieved. It was my first time using AAA, and thanks to Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their kindness, responsiveness, and the extra effort they took to help me in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!
