Thank you for your review. The vehicle was actually sold to Insurance Auto Auctions and not our company. Our company just tows the vehicle. I do understand your frustration with the check error – as are we – and have explained to you that this was a banking error and was not due to any funds not being there. We are in discussion with our bank on the causes of this. You were told to give us a call when at your bank so we could make sure that the check was deposited correctly with no issues because of this – however instead of calling us you just dropped it at your bank again. The charges you incurred were not from our check, but were from your account already being negative.
