The one time I try and handle car repairs myself I was told : “Your car is not here”, after pointing to it Secured a rental from the shop (i called the other shop on accident but the lovely lady was more than willing to help) just to get there and have them say, “no we don’t do that” (one call to and I have the keys) Handing back the rental keys, “what do you have a car here?” After they called my father to let them know it was done and the bill was paid before I walked in. Looked at the paperwork after handing over my License and insurance multiple times to have my name be Llatasha (Natasha isn’t a hard name). The one man at the Main Street location where my car was repaired, I forget his name that helped me with the rental and process was wonderful. The lady at the other location (Stephanie?) was very helpful as well so I’ll leave 5 stars due to their kindness and patience. I wouldn’t recommend the location on main due to very clear issues but I will definitely recommend the Decorah Location in the future!
