Jeff was the best towing guy I’ve ever found thus far. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND his job duties for me the night my car broke down. I was stuck outside for 7 hours and he came to pick me up at 11 pm at night he only took an hour to pick me up after we called. He sat with me, made sure I felt safe, made sure I got home safe, and tried to get my car into my steep driveway for 30 minutes before he gave up and said he can’t get it in there and he’s super sorry. I’ve never been more appreciative for a tow truck driver. He became a friend that night for sure I hope your boss sees this message and let’s you know about it Jeff! You’re an awesome guy! Anybody who has you as their driver is 100% lucky. You’re fast, efficient, intelligent, and safe! Thank you so much for your services for me! I’m forever thankful to have met you! Drove 45 mins to tow me 5 mins across town through AAA no where else would. JP was the guy that towed me amazing guy. Nice, courteous, friendly, and most importantly very professional and knowledgeable about getting it done for me.

We were very happy with the prompt service in regard to the towing -- the operator was very knowledgeable and took great care in tying down our van before transport to your facilities. George did a great job in keeping us informed, almost on a daily basis, and he gave us the total cost upfront, so there were no surprises at the end. We are pleased with the repairs, and "all systems are go!"
