Dave from Bobs’s towing in West Bend was absolutely excellent! Starting from the first phone call he made to verify my location and let me know he was on his way and provide an eta, Dave was completely attentive to my needs as a customer on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. Dave was SO incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and determined to help get myself, dog, trailer, and broken down car off the side of the road and back to safety in a timely manner- he absolutely turned what was an exhaustingly difficult situation for me into a genuinely enjoyable and valuable experience. I have had quite a few experiences with having to have my car towed and I have never received such genuinely amazing, thorough, and thoughtful customer service as I did this evening a dearly morning with Dave. Thank You, Dave for being accommodating, professional, honest, and genuinely kind. Flower and I will never forget you helping us; and the fact that through your outstanding customer service, you may well have actually helped save the life of my car as well! Next I need a tow, I am calling Bobs in West Bend and hoping for you! Thank You!!
