Alex came out to change a flat tire. He was outstanding with his knowledge, made it easy and he was quick! Instead of just doing the job requested, he looked for a way to help me more by actually patching my tire after it had 2 nails in there. Would recommend to everyone in the future. GO TO BOB’S!!! Here’s why! I had my 2001 Cadillac Eldorodo ETC serviced at two other shops in West Bend, Auto Safety Center and Hilltop for an overheating problem. Auto safety Center had my car twice…the first time they said it was the air pump and some circuit board fried so they repaired that for $1200…this included a free tow/warranty up to 30 miles, car back overheated again the next day. Took car back and they kept it for a week supposedly testing it everyday, got car back and two days later it overheated on a Sunday in Ferdonia about 12 miles out of town. Called for my free tow and Hilltop Auto came charged me $265 dollars!!!!Auto Safety Center refused to pay it. Hilltop said they also didn’t understand why car overheated and said they tested cooling system…they then recommended I go to Rogers Radiator and have that checked? I asked them to check it and they claimed to be “too busy?” Ok??? So I went to Bobs Auto where they provided a free loaner car while the diagnosed the problem in less than a day!!! Blown Head Gasket!!! I was so grateful to hear the painful truth. It’s obvious these other shops work hand in hand, either they new the head gaskets were shot and wanted to fix other non essential issues or there not as certified as they claim, my opinion. Go To Bobs Auto for excellent service, honesty and reliability. I’m hoping I can possibly work with Bobs and buy a car through then because they sell cars too and I trust they are all in top mechanical shape. Thanks To Bobs Auto I appreciate your help.

So even though no one ever wants to have their car towed, I would have my car towed by your company again. Dave made my horrible experience better by being so polite, respectful and funny. It was hard to have my car totaled by two deer and watch her towed away but having such a supportive caring person like Dave pick you up makes the experience not sting as bad!!

Dave was such a polite, caring and respectful guy who helped make my horrible night just a little better with his treatment! Kind words and actions do go a long way!! Definitely would use their company again!!
