THANK YOU DAVE! My wife was 40 miles from home and the car wouldn't start at 9:00 at night. She calls Geico roadside assistance and, at the same time, I'm trying to get to her. I get there first and cannot jump her car because corrosion is so bad (Hence why it wouldn't start). I've got nothing to clean it up. No wire brush or sandpaper. So I'm trying, but right about that time Dave pulls up. He teaches us the Coca Cola trick and gives us a jump. All in about 3 minutes. He was extremely polite, informative, and understanding. In fact, the only thing I can complain about is that he made me (the husband) look bad compared to how knowledgeable he was...lol. I felt like a real jerk because between my wife and I, we only had like $8.00 to tip him. But, instead of showing disgust or anger for such a meager tip, he showed nothing but gratitude! If the rest of the staff at Bob's is half as kind and honest as Dave was, I will be driving from Cudahy to West Bend because it will be WORTH IT! And even though you were super gracious, and told me not to worry about it, I fully intend to stop next time I'm in the area to give you a proper tip! You really got us out of a jam!
