I had a nail in my tire and called Bob's. They were able to fit me in within two hours and had me out of there in 15 minutes. It was an incredible experience, not like many others I have had at other shops in the area. I will be taking my vehicle to Bob's from now on.

My truck randomly died, Jacob show up right on time as discussed in the phone call. Ended up figuring out the issue and got it back on the road. Jacob told me what there was to do in the area which was much appreciated. Couldn't ask for more in a time of need.
