This is the second time I have needed to take my car here. Always treated very nicely. Ryan and his crew always got my car back in shape.

I had my 2011 Jeep Compass die on me after work last night. Within a matter of 15 minutes of calling Progressive for Roadside Assistance, Phil over at Bob’s was already full steam ahead on taking care of me. Additionally, he actually picked me up from my apartment and took me to my car. After riding with him for over an hour, I noticed how much pride that man takes in his work and how he wants to reach out to help. It matters not that it is his job, because he went above and beyond explaining how my vehicle could have a series of problems, and how he was able to pinpoint what it was without actually looking at it. Excellent service and more than appreciated pricing for the distance. Thanks again!

The rear brakes on my car were "grinding" and, of course I was very concerned - I called Bob's and they got me in very quickly for an inspection. I heard from them quickly with info on the problem and the cost of correcting it. Of course, it was very necessary to have it fixed immediately. I took the car in on Thirsday and it was done to my satisfaction on Friday afternoon. - including taking time for a grease job and oil change, and attention to the front brakes also. I can't say enough about the fine service I received, from the initial phone call to the finish. I will definitely return for continued service at Bob's Main Street Auto.

Got stuck. Bob's came out immediately. Did some damage while pulling vehicle out. However, Made it right. Covered all damage. Very professional company.

I have used Bob’s Main Street Towing and Auto Care on two occasions. Once to jump my battery, and once again to repair a tire. Both times they were very professional, thorough, and affordable. They offer a Lifetime Oil Change program that is a good value as well. I highly recommend this business, and will use them again for all of my car care / repair instead of the dealer.
