This was my first visit to Bob's and had a very positive experience. They did an oil change and tire rotation for me. They also advised of service that may be needed in the future, but didn't feel it was something to be concerned about. I appreciated their honest and friendly service and will definitely be back for future work.

Bought my Ford Escape at Bob’s Main Street Auto and I love getting it serviced there. Michael and staff are always friendly and professional. Appointments are fast and they even provide a loaner if needed. Highly recommend them for service or even purchasing a used car.

I always take my car to Bob's. They're extremely thorough. They do good work. I've even had a guy come out in a truck to replace my dead battery. The people are always friendly. There's just no reason to go anywhere else.

I have taken both my RAV4 and Hummer H3 to Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing and received excellent service every time. Michael is very friendly and helpful and I love the fact that they take pictures of what they find wrong and text me a report. The follow up from the owners after the service, to ensure that I am satisfied with the work done, is also much appreciated. I highly recommend them!

I love the e-mailed report they send when they do their car check. You always have the option of which services you want done and they never push unneeded repairs on you. Eric and George are great and personable as the front end of the service department.

I needed my truck towed to my house and Mike E came to the rescue! Extremely nice guy! I was bummed about my engine blowing up but he kinda cheered me up when we were driving to my destination. Mike has a set of skills I haven't seen before! When filling out paperwork in his truck, he was done before signing the paperwork! Mike E is an awesome guy and definitely knows what he is doing. Very fast and friendly with my vehicle! I hope I get him again when I'm in need of a tow!! Amazed with his skills and his friendliness.

Let me just say no shop compares to Bob’s. I have had my van towed twice and fixed several times by them. Their customer service is out of this would. The tow guys where very nice and even though it was after hours they were understanding. For my repairs the employees were easy to talk to and very professional they never tried to up sell me on services I didn’t want. Every time I see them I’m greeted with a smile and hand shake. I can’t say enough about these guys.

I've only visited Bob's auto twice but i will definitely be going again and recommending! Extremely polite and helpful staff. They listened, helped, gave me a great deal, and even helped entertain me little one who can be quite a handful! Great place with a great staff!

Bike broke down on hwy. 45 on a Saturday and Bob from Bob’s Towing was there under the estimated time. Bob was courteous, professional, and towed the bike like it was his own vehicle. I was treated with respect and felt safe the whole ride. He stayed with my st my bike dealership until my boyfriend arrived. A real gentleman. Thank you!
