I have never had a bad experience at Bob's. I have taken my vehicles there for years.

I use the North location. I have 310k miles on my Explorer and they have been doing all the maintenence and preventative maintence to keep it in top condtion. Always friendly, good explanations of what is wrong, and no high-pressure sell to get things done that I don't want to do yet. I'll keep going back!
