My car died at my house, and I needed to get it to the dealer to replace a bad water pump and broken belt. JP from Bob's showed up (and also had called when he was on his way), was very friendly and helpful in getting my car towed to the dealer to get it fixed.

Took my truck here to get a plug and they fixed it in 10 minutes and for free! Ask for george and greg! You won't get better service than this in west bend! P.s don't go to Monroe's muffler and brake service on main street.
