JP called me to let me know he was on his way. He came to my hotel in Grafton and towed my vehicle to Green Bay for me to the dealership I work with. He even called me when he got to the dealership to tell me he made it safe and sound. He was excellent at his work and his customer service. Thank you JP!

I Was stranded on us 41 about 85 miles from home when my motorcycle broke down as it was getting dark. AAA called bobs and JP who was getting off work decided he would take 1 more call even though he knew that it would take over 3 hours to pick me up and then get home. He took great care securing motorcycle and getting me home safe.It was getting dark as he arrived had he not got there when he did I may have been hit because battery was dead. No lights. thanks JP

I've lived in West Bend for the last 5 years and started taking my car to Bob's for the emissions testing required by the State. Never had to wait on that, I am happy to say. Then last year I had issues with older tires and went to Bob's at 5 PM with a tire going flat. Even though they close at 5:30, they stayed to fix my tire and keep me on the road. One can't get ask for better service than that. A few weeks ago, the battery light in my car came on. Silly me, I see that and bought a new battery (which was due anyway) only to have the light come on again. I went to Bob's at 8:30 on a Monday morning to see when they could get it in, they immediately set me up with a free loaner and said "You're leaving the car. It's not safe, it Will shut off on you!" They replaced the alternator and the car has run great ever since. I've had them fix a number of things on the car and I am always happy with the results. And they stand behind their work, something a lot of places don't and won't do these days. I highly recommend Bob's for your service needs. Fair prices and fast service. Tell them Shari sent you!
