Bob's Main Street Auto is AMAZING! Our van was having problems (and was unusable) the week before Christmas and we were going to be taking a family trip. They had no available appointments, but were willing to keep our van on their lot to work on it if there were any small openings in their schedule. By some miracle, they found time for us and replaced our faulty coolant sensor for a very reasonable cost. Christmas was saved!!! In a previous visit, they replaced a section of our exhaust. When it took longer than expected, they hooked us up with a free rental so that we could make it to my family's Thanksgiving gathering. They take GREAT care of their customers and offer good warranties on their work, including roadside assistance for some. And last time we got a free car wash. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having CeCe respond to my needs for towing services on the evening of 11/30/22. She arrived earlier than scheduled and was very pleasant/friendly upon my arrival and review of the situation at hand with my disabled vehicle. CeCe provided very efficient service in loading my vehicle and taking it to the destination of my request. Her professional service and understanding of my situation was greatly appreciated. She did an awesome job in delivery of my vehicle in a timely manner. I would highly recommend CeCe and Bob’s Main Street Auto and Towing when you have the need!

Our tow truck driver, Dave, was super professional and a really cool guy. My buddy had his car break down late at night, and Dave came to help out. Long story short, he politely asked the cops if I could sit inside his warm truck while they were busy falsely accusing my friend of drunk driving, because it was only 25°F that night. He talked to me about his experiences and gave me his honest thoughts on the situation, which helped me feel like everything would turn out ok, which it was. The kind of guy I'd share a beer with if he hadn't told me he's sober
