Friday mornings snow left some in need of towing…My son was on his way to work and wound up stuck on the side of the road after a little spin out. 6:30 in the morning after calling several places in the area of his vehicle I called Bob’s and within the hour he was being pulled out. Thank you to the amazing staff from booking the tow to the tow driver. You came out from West Bend to Cedarburg, when nobody else was available. I have not had to use a tow often, but you are always reliable and I will aways recommend you! Thank you!!

JP was dispatched to unlock our truck because we accidentally locked the keys inside. He was very friendly and professional. He had our truck unlocked in 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Marc is wonderful!!! We had spun off the freeway due to snow and Marc came to tow us out of the ditch. He was fast, thorough, and so kind, making jokes with my son (who had been pretty shaken up and only started smiling after Marc joked with him). Thank you so very much Marc for being your sweet self and taking a scary event and making it funny!

Dustin in service told me it was going to cost $770 to fix my belt problem on my car…took it to another mechanic and it was discovered that I am missing a washer in between my tensioner and the bolt that holds it tight. car has worked great ever since that $1.99 washer was put in!

I had my c300 Mercedes at this shop with a blown motor. Everything they did I am more than happy with. I know we had our issues with silver rock the warranty company but with Dustin working the phone and staying on top of things I would recommend bobs to anyone I know. Bobs is now my go to place 10/10.

February 23, 2023 I made it to and from work in Port Washington without issues from the 9 inches of snow we got from the snowstorm. I come home to find my landlord didn't send anyone to plow the parking lot. I got stuck right in middle of driveway. I called my landlord, she didn't answer or respond. I had to call Bob's for a tow truck to pull me out. The dispatch seemed to be more worried about me being able to pay. Well it's better than leaving my car in the middle of driveway where people need to get in and out. The tow truck driver got me out and he proceeded to help me find a safe place to park even though the snow was too high to get through. Had to park there because of winter parking restrictions. The tow truck driver offered help me, he got into my car and got it into the parking spot. He didn't have to help me, but he did. Thank you. Then a funny thing happened, I was trying to pay with a credit card, I kept getting declined. You know why? My credit card company was waiting for me to confirm that it was me using my card. When I got into my house I had text messages from my credit card company waiting for my response. Wasn't funny outside trying to pay the tow truck driver. Bob's is great for emergencies, helped me change my flat tire and put on the spare tire several times. Helped me with a jump start several times. Helps me when I need towing.
