These guys seemed nice at first. Just a typical visit to a mechanic ig you could say. Looked back over the receipt and they charged me 40 dollars for a one day rental?? What? I had someone pick me up. No mention at all of the ridiculous charge. That's pretty shady. I didnt have to pay for it since the work was under warranty but still. I was getting it serviced through carvana. Did they think nobody checks the receipts if the customer isn't paying for it? That's a pretty bold way to steal from carvana or whatever company is paying for repairs. Who knows what other underhanded things they're trying to pull over on customers. This was my first time here and it will be the last. It's really a shame it's so difficult to find honest mechanics.

When a vehicle is in our shop for repairs, we offer a complimentary loaner vehicle as a courtesy to our customers. The loaner vehicle agreement is processed through a separate system, which includes its own documentation and liability tracking. Because of this, you will not see any loaner vehicle charges on your repair order itself—they are documented entirely outside of the repair invoice system. In cases involving third-party warranty providers like Carvana, the process requires an extensive level of documentation. Every single item on the invoice must be reviewed and individually approved. We are required to submit technician notes, detailed photos, and supporting documentation for each recommendation to ensure compliance with their policies. This can make the process longer and more complex than a typical visit, but it is never our intention to mislead or add unauthorized charges. We understand that this process may seem unclear, especially when the customer isn’t directly handling the payment.
