My first time at this shop and it was an oil change. I called an appointment and and the service writer was able to accommodate me within an hour. I first noticed how clean the premises were, that made me feel confident that I was dealing with a company that had pride in the way the shop looked. When I walked through the door, I was simply amazed at how fresh the waiting area was. The young lady at the counter was very nice and meet me with a hearty “Welcome to Bobs” along with a great smile. This made me happy as well because I know if the employees are happy then I will get a quality job. As I waited, the technician took my car ion a test drive. It is considered a muscle car but I could tell by the sound he didn’t “give it”. He then pulled inside and proceeded with a safety check. He then inside and verified my oil preference. I could not be happier with the way I was treated and the way they treated my car. I will definitely return for all of my vehicle repairs. I was also given a sheet of the things that require more immediate attention as well as the things that will require attention in the future. I am so grateful that now I found a reliable service center in the Germantown/ Hubertus area. I would say that if your looking for an honest dependable service center, Bobs is a great place.
