Our tow truck driver, Dave, was super professional and a really cool guy. My buddy had his car break down late at night, and Dave came to help out. Long story short, he politely asked the cops if I could sit inside his warm truck while they were busy falsely accusing my friend of drunk driving, because it was only 25°F that night. He talked to me about his experiences and gave me his honest thoughts on the situation, which helped me feel like everything would turn out ok, which it was. The kind of guy I'd share a beer with if he hadn't told me he's sober

Sandra (i believe) pulled up in a hot pink tow truck and was the sweetest human i’ve ever encountered. She sat and talked to me and looked the vehicle over with me to see what was going on. That girl needs a raise! Greatly appreciate the kindness on such a crappy day.
