My 25 year old GMC pickup was leaking brake fluid, besides rusted lines it also needed long overdue maintenance. It was towed in, a full inspection done which uncovered other problems, and recommendations made. Expected a few days turnaround for all repairs but it was ready the next day. It runs great again, very happy with the service.

My husband went there for a front end alignment and it was not done correctly 😑 very unexperienced mechanic!

When Lance initially brought the Ford F150 in for an alignment, our technician noted a significant leak from the rear axle seal. Upon revisiting the truck for your alignment concerns, we verified that all alignment specifications were correct, as they fell within the required standards. During this check, we now discovered that the right axle bearing was loose, coincidentally on the side with the leaking axle seal. This looseness can affect the vehicle's handling. I had a stellar experience with Bob's Auto and Towing today -- my vehicle had become unresponsive, and the tow driver Garret (I think that was his name) was very helpful and friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. The timing was also surprisingly fast, which was much appreciated. Based on this great service -- I will definitely go to Bob's for future car needs. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I were stranded on the side of the highway after our ambulance broke down on the hottest day of the year. When Dave came to our rescue his first question was “are you guys okay?” We told him we were just hot but okay. He instantly put us in his truck with the AC cranked up and let us cool down while he got our ambulance on the truck. He drove us from Madison back to west bend and the whole way he was fun to talk to and super nice! He made a rough day much better!
