February 23, 2023 I made it to and from work in Port Washington without issues from the 9 inches of snow we got from the snowstorm. I come home to find my landlord didn't send anyone to plow the parking lot. I got stuck right in middle of driveway. I called my landlord, she didn't answer or respond. I had to call Bob's for a tow truck to pull me out. The dispatch seemed to be more worried about me being able to pay. Well it's better than leaving my car in the middle of driveway where people need to get in and out. The tow truck driver got me out and he proceeded to help me find a safe place to park even though the snow was too high to get through. Had to park there because of winter parking restrictions. The tow truck driver offered help me, he got into my car and got it into the parking spot. He didn't have to help me, but he did. Thank you. Then a funny thing happened, I was trying to pay with a credit card, I kept getting declined. You know why? My credit card company was waiting for me to confirm that it was me using my card. When I got into my house I had text messages from my credit card company waiting for my response. Wasn't funny outside trying to pay the tow truck driver. Bob's is great for emergencies, helped me change my flat tire and put on the spare tire several times. Helped me with a jump start several times. Helps me when I need towing. Thank you Mr. Tow truck driver 👍

The service is phenomenal, but their price is outrageous.

Place was busy. Great people working inside. Went through emissions quick.

I Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning And Wednesday evening I picked it up. Luckily, I must have went there on a slow week because they were done amazingly quick. I had all new exhaust installed from the manifold back. I dealt with George, but there was another lovely young lady in there to assist also. Not only does my 1966 mustang sound better, but it runs a whole lot better with the proper exhaust. I can hardly believe that one minor repair would do so much to make my vehicle run so much smoother. If you have a classic vehicle that needs repair, regardless of how big or small you may think it is, this is the place to go. Bob’s main street auto and towing on N. Main St., really made me feel like I was special And I’m sure it’s genuine so they treat everybody like this.

I called AAA because all my tires were nearly flat. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it to the gas station. Within an hour, Bob sent two of his guys. They were so kind and friendly. Unfortunately , I didn’t get their names. They did the job quickly as well. I’d definitely go to Bob’s in the future! Awesome customer service.

Went in to get breaks worked on. They ended up stripping my bleeder valve, causing my break fluid to leak, which caused me to lose my breaks almost killing me on my way home from work. If you need emissions I'm sure they're fine but don't risk your car or life
