Dave was Awesome! My car needed a tow and he called to let me know how far he was out and then he was super nice and super informative. He shared the proper way to tow my car using a tow hook (previous tow operator did not use the tow hook). It was a rainy evening and I appreciate how fast and kind he was in the moment...THANK YOU!!
