250 miles from home, a new car and we are stranded because of locked keys in the car. A call to Bob's Main Street Auto and we were rescued by TONY PETSCH arrived. The service was great and we only waited about ten minutes for him to ge to us. Only took him a few minutes to open our doors and we were on our way home. Great job!!!

mechanic pulled my wires from my power steering pressure sensor and used white out to mark the sensor for a set up return visit...

I just had my car towed for a second time by Bobs auto. Both times they were there within 20 minutes of AAA calling them. JP was the driver and he was very nice, made the car ride to the auto shop pleasant. I will definitely use them again, hopefully I don't have to, but if I do, bobs is the first place I will call! Mike Klein came and helped me when my car would not start at a shopping center. He was so courteous and helpful. I was impressed how he explained everything he was going to do and the care he took with my vehicle. He was able to get the car where I needed it to go at my house and made sure everything was okay before he left. If I could give him a thousand stars I would. He made me laugh and smile during a very stressful afternoon. Thanks Mike! Keep up the excellent customer service!

Purchased a new vehicle in July 2016 and today battery was DEAD. Roadside service called and Bob's Auto showed up 15 minutes earlier than appointment. Chris McBane was the driver---- pleasant, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! He towed vehicle to the dealership, dropped it off and brought in the keys and said hope all goes well and thanked me for the business. Definitely a friendly culture at Bob' s Auto!
