SUPERB SERVICE. I needed a battery for a 2013 Bettle. I sent a message to Bob's website on a weekend asking if they could accommodate my request. Early Monday morning I received a response. Many times when you send an email request you do not receive a response. I worked with Brittany to get the battery. She was very knowledge and super to work with. They received the battery, however, I needed to delay the installation, they said "no problem", very accommodating. While the battery was being installed I waited in the waiting area. It is a GREAT improvement from the previous owners. This made me feel that Bob's values there customers. Highly recommend Bob's, they will have my business! Will

When we needed them the most, they were there. Worked with us on towing and fixing our truck during a week of terrible weather. Very friendly staff; keeping us up to date as things progressed. Would highly recommend them for auto repair and towing.
