I took my Chevy Cruiz in to Bob's for an oil change and they also did a complete check on my vehicle at no additional cost . They did a better job than Heiser's . In fact I went to Heiser's previously for oil changes and the tech. at Bobs told me that whoever changed the oil last, they had stripped the oil drain plug. Well Heiser's did the last oil change. Bobs also told me that the brakes are going to need to be replaced soon. They also took pictures and e mailed them to me. I will be having Bobs do my oil change's from now on.

Just got my Volkswagen done there went in just to check on breaks they found more problems and fixed all of them. They did a great job. Would go back again.

Called because my car wouldnt start. Received a call back from the Tow driver that he would be here in 15 minutes. He jumped my car, it started, but we decided to have it towed in to be sure there wasnt any other problem. They called as soon as the car got there. A little while later, I received a inspection report and pictures of what was found. We discussed the repairs to be completed. When the car was done,, they called to let me know right away. They are really helpful, and we discussed future services, They called to be sure everything was done properly the next day. I would recommend Bobs Main Street Auto & Towing to everyone. They are freindly, knowledgeable and professional.

Needed to have my Vette # 2 looked at for a possible problem, did not start right away one time ? but checked out OK, but the engine ignition wires were to long ? maybe the problem as well as I wanted a item disconnected that I could tell when started took up maybe ? to much power ? when ket was turned on, works fine now. Plus was suggested to have the TRANS fluid taken care of as well as the brake fluid etc. fixed the hood latch as needed and suggested work needed done, next time in. rotated tires, balanced wheels. Suggested what needed to be done now and what could wait until next time. Clean shop, takes me home and picks me up when done, works excellent on older classic autos, uses a real neat computer system that a person to keep a historical files on your autos. Folks always have a SMILE ! AAA APPROVED SHOP !

My daughter had an unfortunate accident on 9/25/2016 and we had to have the car towed. I received a call within 15 minutes of hanging up with my insurance company saying that the driver was on his way. About 20 minutes later, the driver arrived at the scene. He was very polite and helpful and loaded my car with care. He followed me to my house and unloaded the car. Courteous and very professional. Went in for an oil change and found I had made the appt for the wrong shop. They switched it to where I was & took care of me right away. They gave me a maintenance plan without being pushy about anything. They are a very nice group of people to deal with, efficient, and reasonably priced.
