Britany and everyone at the Hubertus location are fabulous! I had been looking for a good, reliable and trust-worthy dealer that could service my 535SI without having to take it to either of the 2 BMW dealers in Milwaukee. Bad experiences with both of them. I came in for the first time with issues regarding my windshield washers not working. After thoroughly looking at my car they determined Just an icing issue without charge. They made some very conservative recommendations for some further preventive maintenance service. Terrific job! I WIIL be back!

This place is Fantastic. In many levels, they are professional, courteous, that guy Ryan is phenomenal. They know their stuff and they deliver on their promises. They are respectful and thoughtful of your time. Speak straight forward toward the issue and their recommendations. I had to take my car back and they fixed at no charges since it was still under the warranty of their workmanship.

Went in for an oil change, and possible tire rotation as well as a fluids top up. Also asked them to check my front end suspension components. Even though it was the middle of a snowstorm, they were able to check everything off my list, get my car done within an hour, and I had a $20 off coupon! Will definitely be back when I need another service done.
