West Bend & Hubertus Auto Repair

Dropped off my car for an alignment. I do almost all the work to my car myself. But I do not have an alignment rack. They're mechanic noticed that there were bolts used on the ball joints that are not hardened steel. I had to finish the car in a pinch and didn't have any on hand. They never told me about them inspecting the car at all. It's nice to know that a local shop is reasonably priced and isn't always trying to make a quick Buck on anybody.

I called Bob's initially to get my car in for an emission test. They were so great to work with so I took it in for my last oil change. The service was great. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly, courteous and honest. I had to get a new mechanic and I have had great experience at this one. Price is right and their service team is on time, when they say it will be ready it will.

When my son ran into car trouble 2 hrs from home, Bob's auto sent a tow truck to first assess the problem and ultimately towed our SUV to their garage. I was quickly in touch with Kevin who diagnosed the issue and kept me posted on their findings. He later called with a reevaluation and correctly identified the issue and offered up suggestions on what they needed to do to fix the problem. Living 2 hrs away, you never know what to expect from an auto shop I don't typically do business with however, after picking up my truck and driving 2 hrs home, my SUV seems to be running great. I appreciate the service and concerns Kevin had Bob's auto had for my son. I would recommend their services to any locals in West Bend, WI. Thanks!!!!!

I had to call for a tow last week, and JP form Auto Service in West Bend was wonderful in helping me to try and give a jump. My van unfortunately could not hold a charge and had to be towed,.. but under great hands and in good care with JP there to help us I wasn't worried about my van getting to the repair shop. I would definitely call on them again in the future. They also where very punctual.

We took in our Vibe because the clutch was slipping and we needed an oil change. Bob's did a thorough check up, did the work we needed, and were on target with the estimate. They were realistic about what needed to be fixed and what we should keep an eye on. All repairs were was done in a quality manner. We feel we were treated fairly, professionally, and with competence.

I was towed today by JP and it was a great experience!

Needed my car towed they came quicker then usual. JP was a nice cool dude made me feel like my car was in good hands. I recommend every one go there.
