7 hours waiting for pickup. After 2.5 hours had to leave vehicle, with keys in, because pickup had not arrived in a timely manner. Very dissatisfied with the service today.

Bob's towing was awesome! Dispatcher called before sending the truck. The driver Robert called with ETA. Great service, great communication and Robert was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!
