Toni was absolutely amazing! Super friendly guy. Got the job done quick and knew what he was doing. He was running behind, but give me a call to let me know why he was behind, and when his ETA would be. He was running behind due to flooding, roads being closed. It was not his fault. Either way it was awesome that he called and gave me a heads up.

They are very professional. The one complaint that I have was a charge of $250 to tell me my ignition needed to be fixed which is obvious because the key was stuck in there.

I took my Toyota Sienna to Bob's for repair of my electronic doors. Brittany was awesome with communication and keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. Very professional and efficient they got the repair taken care of. Highly recommended!

Thanks a million to Bob’s Main Street! My fiancé and her mother and I were in West bend for a funeral when our brakes started grinding and seizing. Bob’s staff cleared some time, and repaired the car quickly and professionally! Five stars for their wonderful and friendly staff!
