We were run off the road this past Friday on I-41 North by an inattentive driver who hit us with their trailer. After the 911 call, we called AAA for assistance because we ended up with punctured tire on an otherwise drivable car. Bob's is a AAA provider and the driver who was dispatched from Bob's, Aaron, was just amazing! Very helpful and just made the whole experience a positive one. We cannot thank him enough for helping us during our travels! THANK YOU AARON!

Bob's Towing was dispatched to me through AAA's roadside assistance. Jesse came out to help - he was awesome. It turn into a more difficult job than anticipated and Jesse handled it with stride, kept me updated, and was friendly and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I appreciated it!

I like the honesty of the service department when I ask them for advice on my serpentine belt I need for replacement and told me it wasn’t ready to save me some money however I don’t understand why it takes an hour for an oil change. I also appreciate the fact that they give me upcoming potential work that I might need done on my vehicle I have been working with Bobs for probably two years and for the most part it’s been a good experience
