My car broke in the middle of the street and needed towing assistance. Everyone at bobs were very polite and fast to respond. There was a “situation” and Dave handled everything in such respectful profesional way. They provide high quality costumer service and have great work ethic. I totally recommend Bob’s!

Came in for an alignment for a 4 wheel and tech damaged my subframe. To the point it needed to be replaced in order to be driven. They stated that I would have to pay for the replacement part and install. Only when I called upper management about what happened did they try to fix their mistakes.
