Rude via phone call iwas polite and informative on what and why things needed to be fixed

Absolutely a nightmare. Both technically and personally. The company TOX LOC. And Bob's Main Street Auto took no responsibility for their product or their installation service. Just got a snotty attitude. Don't use either.

Unfortunately I don't have anything good to state. My vehicle came back worse than when I brought it in. Had to take my vehicle to fix and refix what Bobs was supposed to fix. Magical the vehicle problems double and the price also doubled. Sad they said they rotated and balanced my tires it never happened I marked the tires as I always do because this has happened before at a tire service. Bobs will tell you one thing and do something else or nothing at all very disappointed. I have twelve siblings our family and friends have been informed not to use Bobs.
