Recently had a flat tire due to the roads in West Bend. JP tried to fill the tire, gave me a tow, and dropped me off at home. service was awesome even though it resulted in the tow to a tire dealer. Great service.

I just had my BMW towed by Garrett, who did a great job! He called ahead when on his way, and treated my car with great care and attention to detail, as if it were his own. I've had my vehicles towed by Bob's several times, and have never had less than an excellent experience. 5 stars all the way!
