I called for a tow, and was told someone would be there within the hour. Fast forward over an hour, still no truck to tow. I called another place, they were there in 10 minutes, when I called to cancel they said they did not know when the truck would have arrived. Everyone I talked to was fine, I just didn’t know how long to stand in a parking lot before getting picked up.

Couldn't find anyone to look at a slow leak in my tire on the day before Christmas eve. Stopped in at Bob's at 9 am. Brittany the service writer said if I could wait 15 minutes they would take a look. 15 minutes later I was on my way. Very friendly place. Price was comparable to my usual place. I recommend them. Noticed they atr even open for a 1/2 day on Chtistmas eve. Nice clean waiting room. I will be back.

Be aware that verbal estimates do not include taxes and “fees”, so actual cost may be higher than anticipated. Other shops I’ve worked with have given me the total cost for verbal estimates.
