West Bend & Hubertus Auto Repair

I was on the way to a wedding tonight and blew a tire on 41 S. Within minutes I was greeted by Brett who was such a blessing. He went out of his way to look and try to fix my tire before we ultimately realized I needed to be towed back to Beaver Dam. He was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable in a difficult situation. Asked me what I wanted to listen to and then even gave me a ride home from the autoshop. I hope I never need to deal with something like this again, but if I had to, I'd pray Brett and Bob's was near by. Brett was the damn man. A ray of sunshine on an otherwise cloudy day!

Started coming here on a recommendation and haven't gone anywhere since. Wonderful people who work with you and aren't pushy! They get the work done in a timely fashion, and communication is on point. Highly recommend.

Chris at Bob's was fantastic yesterday. SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL. My 87 year old father was involved in an accident over 2 hours from Bob's (my father lives near Bob's and told me to call Bob's). Chris took so much extra time helping us get the tow service and within a few hours my father's vehicle was towed back to the West Bend area to a local shop for repairs. THANK YOU CHRIS!!

Terrific customer service. Friendly and very professional. Great technicians as well.

7 hours waiting for pickup. After 2.5 hours had to leave vehicle, with keys in, because pickup had not arrived in a timely manner. Very dissatisfied with the service today.
