Absolutely awful service! When I called the dispatcher gave me a 2-3 hour wait time which I was totally fine with. Immediately after calling I was offered an alternative so I called them immediately to cancel. The same dispatcher then told me they were almost to my car. It had been maybe 15 minutes since the first call at that point and I had been told 2-3 hours before they would get there. When cancelling the service the dispatcher was very nasty to me. About ten minutes after that call I got another call from the dispatcher saying that while on the previous call the service was already performed. I knew this was impossible because I was standing next to the car the whole time we were talking. The dispatcher then tried to threaten me and bully me into paying for a service that I cancelled. Worst customer experience I have had by a long shot. This company is known for lying to customers often. Go with literally any other company you can find!!!

Due to the severe snowstorm and high call volume, we provided a 2-3 hour ETA, and we always do our best to accommodate urgent situations as quickly as possible. In this case, the driver was able to assist you sooner after another call was canceled. The service was performed, and the vehicle was pulled out of the ditch; however, no one was on scene with the vehicle when the service was completed. Because we were unable to contact the driver to cancel prior to the service being performed, you were not charged anything for our services. Per our discussion, you did inform us that the vehicle would be unattended and that once it was pulled out, it should be left in your driveway, which was very close to where the vehicle had gone into the ditch.
