My strut broke and was scraping against my tire and my tire was ready to pop. I had my 2 yr old son woth me and he was screaming and crying and i was worried about how long the tow truck was going to take getting to me. Bobs main street auto and towing was so very understanding of my situation and they quickly came up with a resolution and had a tow truck to me so fast. My tow truck driver, Bryce, was very kind and understanding. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He was swift and careful all at once. I appreciate Bob's and Bryce so very much for helping me in my time of need and helping me so efficiently. Thank you!
