What filters does my vehicle have?

You may be wondering if your vehicle has an air filter or cabin air filter. Yes, every vehicle has an air filter and most of your vehicles will have a cabin air filter! The vehicle's air filter prevents harmful debris, dirt and contaminants from entering the vehicle's engine. The vehicle's cabin filter prevents dust, pollen, dirt and other pollutants from entering the vehicle through the vehicle's A/C and heat vents. We recommend to change the air filter every 15,000 miles or once a year. If you drive in more severe environments (dusty areas) we recommend to check the air filter more often. We recommend the cabin air filter to be changed once a year as well. Call us today to schedule an appointment to have us check your filters!
