Former customer of Bob's Auto. Regretfully, I had to cease my business relationship with them due to dishonest trend of events with my car. Currently I am in the process of investigating a work that was done to my car engine due to mistrust of recent events. I have been loyal to them but my feelings have changed due to trends I have noticed with my car services lately. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because their interactions with me have been pleasant and I have been very friendly with them. It was very hurtful and I will wait for this investigation to be completed with GM.
