Thank you for your review Jason as we appreciate all feedback that is given. When your attorney reached out to us a few months ago, it was agreed by both parties for the vehicle to come back in for inspection. A year ago when work was completed by us it was subcontracted from a body shop after this vehicle was in an accident. We were more than happy to complete the work that we were given and inspect it for a leak that was brought to our attention. Your insurance adjuster that overlooked the leaks occurring lately had stated that these current issues are leaks in new areas and have nothing to do with the repairs or workmanship performed by us, but due to other factors since it has been repaired such as age and mileage. Unfortunately, if you feel the need to contact an attorney again we encourage you to do so as the resolutions we have tried/offered have not been satisfactory to you so far. We apologize that it has come to this, but hope you understand.
