Unbenounced to us, the insurance company sent the tow truck to come to our house to pick up the car. We weren't home. Jason was very patient, needing to wait until one of us could make it home. Jason was very respectful and kind. Thank you for being so kind.

Bryce was wonderful. He understood better than Toyota Service whom I called regarding why my car was malfunctioning. Service fee was covered by Toyota.
